Dear Parents,
A couple of you are having trouble finding some information on the Morocco topic. I have found some information on Google and Wikipedia. Wikipedia is a free Encyclopedia on the internet. I found art in Wikipedia. Try those sites. Google had food, religion, language, weather, and government and from there I found customs, culture, history , holidays and way of life. If you are still having trouble finding information I'll give you another topic.

Dear Parents,
Happy New Year. Can you believe we're starting our second half of the 2008-2009 school year. How time flies! International Night is on Thursday, February 5, 2009 in the school auditorium. The country I have chosen is Morocco. We started learning about Morocco. We completed a flag and have located Morocco on the continent of Africa. On Monday, January 12, 2009 your child will bring home an index card with a topic on Morocco . I have explained to your child that he/she could have their parents help them with a report on their topic but that they had to write the paper in their own handwriting. I am only asking for a one page report. If all you can find is one paragraph on your topic that would be fine. The report will be due on Tuesday, Januiary 20, 2009. If you find a picture to go along with your report staple it to the
report.
We are also starting to prepare for First Holy Communion. We will be learning about the different parts of the Mass. I encourage your family to attend Mass on a regular basis. The flu season is upon us. Make sure that your child gets plenty of rest and wears a sweatshirt or jacket on these cold days.
