Dear Parents, The story for the week is Curve in the River. There will be 20 Spelling Words this week. There will be 20 Spelling Words until the end of the school year. Remember the Follies this coming weekend, April 15, 16. Some of us teachers and staff have been working hard on a tap dancing routine. If you parents have any empty one-half gallon milk or juice cartons I would appreciate it if you send them to school with your child. We will be making Easter baskets with them. Thank you. On Friday, April 15 the Second Graders will be making bread. We have talked in Religion that Jesus is our Bread of Life. Jesus himself must have thought bread was something special when he taught us to pray the Our Father, "Give us this day our daily bread." Any questions or concerns please contact me.

Dear Parents, The story for the week is Llama and the Great Flood. The Second Graders will be presenting the Stations of the Cross on Friday, April 8 after morning flag salute. If you can make it we would really appreciate it. There will be a meeting with Fr. Pat sometime before Easter vacation. He will go over the importance of First Holy Communion. The parents of children who will be receiving their First Holy Communion are asked to attend. I will send a note home letting you know when the meeting will be.
